The University of the Philippines Visayas, represented by Chancellor Clement C. Camposano , inked a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Government Association of Certified Public Accountants, Inc. (GACPA), represented by Mr. Wilfredo Agito, member of the Scholarship Committee, for the GACPA's CPA Review Scholarship Program on March 2, 2026 at the Bluechips AVR, UPV Iloilo City Campus.
Also present in the MOA signing were Ms. Joy Ann Toledo, GACPA Director, Atty. Christopher Honorario, Dean of the College of Management (CM), and Prof. Kim Rommel Panaguiton, Chair of the Dept. of Accounting.
