The University of Southeastern Philippines (USEP), represented by its President, Dr. Bonifacio G. Gavales, Jr., signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Government Association of Certified Public Accountants (GACPA), represented by its Executive Vice President and Director In charge of the Scholarship Program, Ms. Yolanda Villatura, for the GACPA CPA Review Scholarship Program on February 24,2026 in Davao City.
Also present in the MOA signing were Ms. Helena Valdez, GACPA Director for Mindanao, GACPA Davao Officers and other USEP Officers.
