GACPA National President Atty. Eugene R. Dizon administered the Oath-taking/ Induction of GACPA La Union Chapter's new set of officers for FY2025-2026, headed by its new President, Mr. Jervy A. Baklayan on March 20, 2026 at J and V Hotel and Resort, City of San Fernando, La Union. Also present in the ceremony were Mr. Wilfredo A. Agito, GACPA National Adviser and Past President and Ms Olympia P. Balugay, Regional Director COA RO1.
